- Premium Shift Differentials: Your flexibility is rewarded. Night shifts (After Hours) and Weekend schedules are compensated at a higher premium rate.
- Performance-Based Contract Upgrades: Exceptional work does not go unnoticed. Top-tier employees have the opportunity to transition from hourly pay to lucrative direct-contract payouts — earning significantly more.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): You begin accruing PTO from your very first day. Full-time employees: up to 5 days/year. Part-time employees: up to 3 days/year.
- Paid Vacations (Full-Time Only): 1 week (5 working days) after your 1st year. Increases to 2 full weeks (10 working days) after your 3rd year of dedication.

Our Standard of Excellence
- Absolute Dependability: Our corporate clients depend on us 24/7. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unreliability. Two (2) consecutive unexcused absences in a single month will result in immediate loss of position. (Medical or family emergencies are considered with proper documentation.)
- Ultimate Accountability: We train you to succeed, but we do not chase you. Three (3) validated client complaints in a single month will result in immediate termination. Excellence is a requirement, not an option.
- Trustworthiness: A clean criminal background check and verifiable professional references are strictly required.
- Professional Attitude: A rigorously positive, drama-free environment is non-negotiable.
- Physical Stamina & Precision: High energy, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to maintain elite standards during an 8-hour shift.
- Logistics: Your own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance are required.
- Legal Authorization: Valid Social Security number or work authorization in the United States.
